In this article, Sunil shares how he and his friends and family came together to assist a student with this medical college tuition. Sunil believes, “While we always discuss our own personal finance improvement, many of us also want to help society by supporting education or medical support. The support can help a needy family improve their life.”
Sunil published his investment journey earlier: How I achieved financial freedom by 45 without onsite assignments or ESOPs.
We recently came across a student studying at a government medical college. He is a bright student who secured good marks in NEET and was admitted to the open category. He was not financially sound. A trusted source verified his background. He was struggling to pay fees. We wanted to support him, so we reached limited people in our circle and explained our thoughts. We planned to pay the required fee directly to the college account so that there is full transparency and trust.
Our Parents, relatives and friends liked the idea, and within 3 days, the required amount was collected and credited to the college directly. A screenshot of the same was shared with all those who contributed.
I am sure many families must be trying to do a similar way, and this idea may be adopted by many more.We are always looking for TRUST in those cases and it can be achieved by Direct transfer to college/ school or Hospital ( if for medical expenses) as well as sharing the screenshot.

Even a small group of 12 to 15 people who know each other well and trust themselves can do it in their known circle. Our small act may help students complete their education and get better prospects, which can help improve their families
Some time ago, we paid college fees for the daughter of a security guard pursuing a BE computer science degree, and later, she got a job at Accenture.
I don’t feel we have done anything great or extraordinary…
we did this because this makes us Happy and a small way of giving back to society..
I am only sharing this to inspire a few more like-minded people and continue the chain.
